This is completely non-committal for you, but it ensures us, that the trip can be completed as sketched out. Therefore, we kindly ask you to inform us, whether you whish to bring bus, van or other vehicles on the trip, so that we can make the needed reservations.</P> <P class=MsoNormal 0pt 0cm>In the beginning of february we will send out invoice for the deposit of NOK 300,00 per person, which we kindly ask you to pay into our account once you have the deposit from the participants.</P> <P class=MsoNormal 0pt 0cm>By bigger changes in the number of participants, we would like to know about it, and 6 weeks before departure we would like to receive the final number of participants along with name lists with age and year of birth for all participants. Afterwards, it will be possible to make smaller corrections until 14 days before departure. Balance must be payed within the 20.5., and before this date, we will send you the final invoice, where we will set off the already payed deposit.</P> <P class=MsoNormal 0pt 0cm><B style=mso-bidi-font-weight: normal>Rules of cancellation</B>. By cancellation at latest 45 days before departure, deposit will NOT be refunded. By cancellation latest 30 days before departure, you must pay 50% of the total price. By cancellation later than 30 days before departure, you must pay the total price.
