<body> <p><H1>Business conditions</H1></p><p> <P>All prices are indicated in the currency chosen per room per night including locale taxes and continental breakfast unless where other is mentioned. You need to be at least age 18 to book/amend/cancel!<BR><BR>- When Euro Tourist confirms a booking the booking is considderd as final.<BR><STRONG>Cancellation conditions: </STRONG>Cancellations which has been notified at Euro Tourist no later than 14 days after the time of booking can be cancelled with no charge. However no later than 12.00 p.m. Danish time 3 working days before the arrival date. When cancellations are notified later that 14 days after the time of booking but no later than 12.00 p.m. Danish time 3 working days before the arrival date a fee of DKK 150 per booking will be charged. When cancellations are made later than 3 working days before the arrival date total amount payed will be lost.<BR>Cancellations in fair periods can be different from the above and will be shows at the time of booking. Read more at the bottom of the page.<BR><STRONG>Amendment rules: </STRONG>All amendments are subject to availability. A fee of DKK 115 / £ 10 / € 15 will be charged per change. Alle changes has to be made directly with the Euro Tourist staff by phone or in person.<BR><BR>- All bookings are subject to availability on the time of booking.<BR><BR>- You will automaticly recieve a booking confirmation, cornfirmation of changes or cancellation by e-mail. A booking, cancellation or change is not valid until you have recieved this confirmation. This is also valid when ordering by phone or in the office.<BR><BR>- <STRONG>Child conditions:</STRONG> All children under the age of 2 are accommodated free of charge in a child bed unless where other is mentioned. For children age 2 - 12 the following is valid unless where other is mentioned.<BR><STRONG>AA.</STRONG> 2 children free accompanied by 2 full paying adults. Breakfast is not included for the children and has to be purchased directly from the hotel. This is only an option where 4-bedded rooms are available.<BR><STRONG>A.</STRONG> 1 child free in extra bed accompanied by 2 full paying adults. This is possible in double/twin rooms but not i triple rooms. Breakfast is not included for the child and has to be purchased directly from the hotel.<BR><STRONG>B. </STRONG>1 child pays 50% of the double rooms price when accompanied by 2 full paying adults. This is possible in double/twin rooms but not i triple rooms. Breakfast is not included for the child and has to be purchased directly from the hotel.<BR><STRONG>BB. </STRONG>2 children pays 50% in extra bed accompanied by 2 ful paying adults. This is possible in double/twin rooms but not i triple rooms. Breakfast is not included for the children and has to be purchased directly from the hotel.<BR><STRONG>C. </STRONG>No child discount. triple price will be valid.<BR><STRONG>D. </STRONG>Maximum 2 people per room.<BR><BR>- 4-bedded rooms depends on availability and are always on request.<BR><BR>- Opening hours at Euro Tourist: Monday - Thursday 09:00 - 17:00 / Friday 09:00 - 16:30. Office is closed in weekends and public holidays.<BR><BR>- Euro Tourist does not accept changes/cancellations made directly with the hotel. Every change has to be made through Euro Tourist.<BR><BR>- In case of no show total amount payed will be lost and the remaining nights will be cancelled.<BR><BR>- Euro Tourist can change the prices anytime according to changes of currency and taxes.<BR><BR>- Sometimes the hotels changes their cancellation policies mostly at fair times. (The typical cancellation deadline in these periods are 30 days before arrival. - Specific deadline will show at time of booking). For cancellations made in time in a periode like this we will charge a fee of DKK 150,- per booking, when cancelled within 14 days after reservation no fee will be charge. For cancellations made after the deadline the full amount paied will be lost.<BR><BR>Are you not sattified with one of our hotels you need to notify the hotel during the stay. Hopefully the problem then can be solved straight away.
