You can use our quick path on the front page for the most popular cities or find the wished country and city listed in alphabetical order also on the front page.<BR>2. Type in the arrival and departure date.<BR>3. Chose the number and types of rooms required. It is only possible to book 5 of each room type per booking. You can chose between single-, double/twin-, double/twin with extra bed for child under age 13 and triple rooms. Quad rooms are not available in all hotels and will always be on request basis.<BR>4. To narrow the search please type in the standard requested.<BR>5. The result of the serach will now be listed. If the hotel required is free it is possible to book and confirm staight away. If the hotel is on request you will recieve an answer normally within 24 hours.<BR>6. If you click on the hotel name you will find describtion and contact details for the hotel.<BR>7. After chosing a hotel you can, in the right lower corner, chose to book or go back. Chosing back will lead you to the search result and book will lead you to the booking page.<BR>8. After chosing a hotel you now have the opportunity to chose smooking/non smooking rooms and notifi the hotel of late arrival.<BR>9. Underneath you will find the cancellations policy for the hotel chosen in the periode requested. Please read carefully!<BR>10. Type in contact details; Name, address, e-mail etc. All areas marked with * has to be filled in. (Do you want the computer to remember your details please klick on save in a cookie<BR>11. The total price of the booking will show and you will find space for typing in your credit card details.<BR>12. You need to accept our buisness policy to go through with the booking.<BR>13. When chosing confirm booking your booking will be final.<BR>14. Shortly after booking you will recieve a confirmation by e-mail. You need to print our this confirmation voucher and bring it to the hotel.<BR>15. Do you wish to cancel a booking click on cancel and type in the reference number shown on the confirmation voucher. You also need to type in your accontnumber to where the we will refund your payment minus your cancellation fee. The Size of the fee depends on  the time of canccellation.<BR><BR>*Check-in is normally after 3 p.m. / Check-out normally before 11 a.m.<BR>*Allmost all hotels are non-smooking. (After January 2008).<BR>*Please contact the hotel directly for special needs and wishes.
